This app does not collect your data. Your trades are stored only on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics.
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login, and no way for us to see what you record.
Everything you enter — symbols, profit and loss figures, notes, strategy tags and emotions — is written to a private database inside the app on your device. It never leaves your iPhone unless you choose to send it somewhere yourself.
If you have iCloud Backup switched on, your iPhone's own backup may include this data, in the same way it includes other apps. That backup is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms, and we have no access to it.
Settings includes a CSV export. When you use it, the file goes wherever you send it — Mail, Files, AirDrop, another app. That destination is your choice, and this app is not involved once the file has been handed over.
Journal Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details, billing address, or Apple Account. All we receive from Apple is a yes-or-no answer about whether a purchase is active, and that check happens on your device.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings on your iPhone under your Apple Account.
There are none. No third-party SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting services, no tracking of any kind. Nothing about your usage is transmitted anywhere.
This app is intended for adults recording their own trading activity. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Deleting the app from your iPhone permanently removes every trade stored in it. Because nothing is held on a server, there is nothing left for us to delete and no request you need to send us.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.
